American Eagle - "whoaa whoaa" song

my friend was asking me about a song possibly played in AE. he's an idiot and can't remember if it was hollister or AE, but he said the beginning went like whoaa whoaa in the beginning, was fast-paced (not mellow) sounded a bit like cartel, and believes it is a popular song
