1970/80s Lyrics

Heard this song in the 80s, but never found out what album it came from. Believe it may be a Cliff Richard song, but can't guarantee that.
The only lyrics that stick in my mind are these -
Supersonic jets a flying, spaceships stream across the sky, in Lahore a child is dying, but the engines drown his cry.

Anyone any idea?
