Solved: I have a MP3 version and I need to identify this

Hello, I am new on this forum, I speak spanish and is hard for me identify some 80's song...

I have this MP3 recorded from the radio:

Small file, only 970kb

Is a soul song of 1980-1982 I think is called hush and the band is something like ralph the blank?

On the MP3 the locutor say the name of the song and artist...

Someone can help?
