Need help with Spanish (not a song lol) just kind of basic help

Ok here's what I need to know.....

How to say (when calling a friend's house):

"Hello, this is Claudia....is Jose there?"

AND..

when someone reaches your voicemail:

"I'm not here right now, leave me a message"

"I'm not here right now, leave me a message and i will call you back"
.................................................. ..........

also, please be specific how to say and pronounce the words so i don't mess up lol...oh, i wish i had a personal spanish teacher!! lol

i have lots of friends who only speak spanish and it's hard when some of them can't speak good english and can't understand much on the phone because when you're in person, its easier but on the phone its so hard! someone plz help...thanks!
