Pop rock tune in the vain of bands like fountains of wayne. Have sorn recorded but need a reality check on the lyrics. If you would like to hear the song I will post a link later today. Need honest feed back on the lyrics. Here goes:

Personally, I think you can find a better melody. In the verses there are a lot of uses of the word "you" as what is essentially the rhyming word that puts the song together, and it's become some what of a cliché. I like a lot of the words though and I think it's a good song in the making.
