*Is there any other way to translate "dor" besides "longing"?-- not exactly This is the best way to render the word's meaning in English. Dor is untranslatable. The best you can do is to find some word that is close to its meaning. Longing is ok.

"About you," or "of you" literally, though perhaps it'd be best to say "(I (Want)/To) Sing About You"
