I would like someone to translate into English
"Nisi bas danas morao" by Vela. Does anyone
know her real name? I have been told that some
Serbian singers use the first two letters of their
name and surname to create their stage name.

I don't know about her name, but they usually use their nicknames as stage names (along with their full name).
The two letters don't really make a nickname I guess, maybe for some artists...

Example: Svetlana Aleksic - Seka (no two letters of each name)
