Pichar does mean to pitch literally...But in Puerto Rican Music, Typically Reggaeton, it means to Front or Deceive. Un Pitcher is someone who constantly fronts or is not reliable.

Nebula is like trouble or a problem. someone who is 'Nebuloso' means they look problematic. They look like they are going to start trouble. so 'Nebuleos' would be problems.
