I need all of your help please.

Please write the below text in Arabic. I shall be grateful because I need this desperately in Arabic. Hope so someone surely help me by writing the below text in Arabic or send me email alternatively as you feel appropriate.

Text is as under for your consideration

1)Minasyirki 'idyani takhollashod robbibil ikhlasi khollis quluubana

2) waahidil ahadil fardh isshomadil ladzi rofa'as samaawaatibighoiri 'amadin waja'alal ardho mihaadan wakholaqol kholqo wa ahshohum 'adadan arwaahun.

3) waluquusun min ghoiri ihsadin ajsadu kholaqohum robbukullisyai in 'azzaman yakhoofuhu wayaruuhu wayaqshiduhu fardhish shomadilladzi.

4) Ukh dhuru isma’u ta' juzu wala yatakhol laqu - isma'u wa 'ati 'u wala yatajarrodu 'alaina –nafizi amruhu- ayyuhas - 'aunan lii ‘ala - baarokallahufiik- wazaa dakanuuron 'ala nuurin. Muwahhidin.
