    Hello

I gave it a try with the translation, I hope it is correct

    Remember (about) September

Give me your hand, give me your heart
And let’s go, if you want, till the sky
Your eyes are the song of September
These eyes (that) I love so much

Even if the leaves are scattered by the wind
And even if the rain covers the road
    For us, September is summer
Your love lightens the entire Earth

In my arms come now and sleep
And I will sing to you at nights
And if we ever separate, remember
In September I told you that I love you

Dya, it's perfect, just a tiny correction:

αυτά τα μάτια πόσο τ' αγαπώ.=how much I love these eyes

I appreciate it so very much!! The words of Greek songs are always so direct and profoundly beautiful!

    You're welcome.

I received a new correction and I'll write it down here.

    This verse:

    vs
    μάτια- eyes

So the translation would be : "Your glance is the song of september"
