You're very welcome dok77. As for 'mama', I meant more like 'hot mama'. I guess not everyone would say something like that but I couldn't think of another word. Maybe 'babe' or 'girl'.

BTW dok77. I just made some changes regarding the use of the term "los angeles". It suddenly occurred to me that it was referring to the city Los Angeles (City of Angels) in California.
