I live in Geneva Switzerland, and I am studying, however my German is really bad. I live with 2 Mexican roommates, one is overseas and she doesn't speak English so well. She has received the following message, which I want to translate as soon as possible: Please translate this for me.

Hello,

We regret to inform you that your visa has expired.You can continue working full time until the end of April ( April 30th(, in which case you will have to contact authorities as soon as possible. If you decide to leave the country before that, you must provide us with the details of your ticket and the date.

The rules also state that you must not pursue a career by filling a permanent full-time vacancy.

If you made your application for Tier 2 before your visa expired, you are allowed to stay and work in the Switzerland until a decision has been taken on your application.

However, judging from the terms in your employment contract, your employer was well within their rights to terminate your employment as it basically states that your position within the company is subject to you obtaining a work permit first, because you are not allowed to fill a permanent full time vacancy on a false visa.
