(this ‘bona’ is a Bosnian word, I don’t know how to translate it, but with that word he is telling that he is telling this to her… It’s like some kind of pronoun)

Yep, I'm (telling you) I'm totally miserable / I'm aching with misery / I am, my dear, miserable!

Bolan comes from verb bolastan which means sick, but it's, as spring said, "poštapalica". And bona is for women. So, I think you don't have to translate this in english

I heard this song for the first time on Operacija trijumf and totally loved it although that is definitely not my kind of music but some songs manage to find their way to me ;p
