It's a traditional Pontic melody, and as such it is sung by various artists.
You can listen to the song here: http://www.esnips.com/doc/3fa4bbe0-4...ATRIDA-M-EXASA
thank you thank you very much, well I know that it is traditional music, it is also sung in turkish.
I have watched a movie related to turkish ang greek people and it was played at the end of the movie in a mixed way...
thank you again....
"Güz Sancısı" perhaps? If I'm not mistaken, Beren Saat sang it.
"Güz Sancısı" («Φθινοπωρινός πόνος» in Greek) became quite popular in Greece. I bought Yılmaz Karakoyunlu's book the movie is based on, but unfortunately haven't read it yet.![]()
yes yes you are right the movie is güz sancısı, is the movie shown in greece too, I hope so and if so I recommend you to watch it, in fact the movie is not so much about the political evetns but it is a good love story..... I like the movie pretty much...
in fact beren doest sing the song as far as I know, she sings the lullaby during the film....the song is sung by an another woman I think but she is not so poppular ......
thank you again.....
Well, I believe in the credits at the end of the movie it says Beren Saat sings it, but I may be wrong.
No, the movie is not in the theaters yet (I guess it's too new), but I'm sure it will be, because everybody's talking about it. I saw it a week ago though, and I really liked it.
The Greek translation of the book was published some 11 years ago, so many people are familiar with the plot.![]()
