It had female vocals. It is NOT one of the Ting Things singles either.
I wish I could remember some of the lyrics. It used a distinctive word that begins with an "s" in the chorus, which was repeated a lot in the whole song.

Another song I liked was a song with an 80s alternative sound, like the Psychedelic Furs meets Echo & the Bunnymen, but it's new. It had male vocals.
