at 16 seconds tamer says something like: habibit alby gaylik

at 24 seconds he says: ah yet yekti

at 4th second : I guess he says nawarti sho2etek ya shebba
= you illuminate your apartement cutey

16th second : habibit 2albi gaylik
= Sweetheart ,I'm coming !

24th second : I guess it is :yet yakhti ( I don't really understand it )
but I think it's the expression that egyptian use to express sadness , tragic or anger .

I hope it helps. Maybe someone else from Egypt can help you in the last one ?!
