this song is frequently played on turkish radios but all i understand and stays in my mind is 's'agapo s'agapo' part. it's a dance song. the singer is male. i know the information is too vague. i hope there is someone who knows this..

Israeli music *from MiddleEast has deep roots with Greek Arabic and Turkish music. For Example in the 60's and 70's people used to listen to Greek Music and also to Arabic and Turkish. Then singers adapted the music and added Hebrew words/lyrics to the songs. Thereby creating a new culture in music.
There was a great artist in the late 70's and all the 80's *he died in Nov '87 but he has lived as a legend very popular all through the '90's but his popularity has really died down by now. His name was Zohar Argov. There is a Greek/Israeli singer by the name of Shlomi Saranga who made a song recently with Zohar Argov *the same way they make songs with Tu Pac Sakur in the United States even after his passing. It is amazing how they did it.
