    Smile Solved: late 80's / early 90's dance

    Can anyone give me the artist or title for a certain dance track from around 1990? The lyrics begin with "hai Hai I make you move and get your body in the groove". Back in the day it created a bit of a flurry in the pop world in the UK, It was done by some Swedish,Danish or possibly Ukraine bloke that came from nowhere and nothing else sounded like it at the time. Hope you can help! Thanks
