Vogelfänger von Rex Gildo

My daughter has to research something about the old tradition of catching birds in Austria in Auttum. This research is for school and we hope to get any answers out of the songtext. Do somebody know the lyric or even more informatio about this old tradition?

Hi Kaybee, I have tried to find the lyrics with google, but I was not lucky.

I can only tell you that its is meanwhile forbidden to catch birds; and I didn´t know about this tradition although I live not far away from Austria. But I have found a website
