This thread is incredibly old, but it was actually a free download off Justin's website back when this was posted. I feel bad for not posting the link in my original post.

Well don't - these things happen.

And as for old, we got some answered 2 years down the line - and the enquirers are thrilled to eventually get an answer. Indeed I have a thread on here going back months, and prior to posting here it goes back 18 months on BBC sites... still no answer
