κορμιά μαχαίρια must be translated as bodies like knives
Στο βλέμμα σου αυτό must be translated as to this glance of yours
Καν την αρχή, είσαι εσύ γιά μένα , γιά μένα must be translated as You must start, for me you are, for me you are
Και να τρελαίνομαι must be translated as keeping going crazy

1.believe me, my first translation was ,, bodies like knives" but then I've changed ,,knives ,boby " (the same for ,,this your glance")

2.Καν την αρχή ; I see now; Καν < κάνε = the imperative tense; kan tin arxi = do the start (you must start)

3.Και να τρελαίνομαι = could we say either ,,if only I could keep going crazy" ?
(btw, to say like me ,,to go crazy" it should've been ,,να τρελαθώ", I realize this now)

4. what exactly does it mean ,,bodies like knives" ? (is this a phrase , a greek expression, because I found this theme of bodies and knives also in another song)
