Gole Yas - bas rice is easy
1.Wash the rice
2. 7ami shwayit zayt fi tanjara
3. Put in the rice
4. Albi il roz for a few minutes
5. Put water on it until it just covers the rice
6. Keep it 3a nar 7amye until it boils and the rice starts to be seen
7. Stir it with a fork, 3'ati and wa6i ilnar awta shi
8. Ten minutes --> all ready
9. Iskobi with a fork (3ashan ilroz ma yitkasar)
