I ask mercy from the darkness of the night in silence.... and my eyes have dropped the tears of seperation
وفؤادي قد تعنى باشتياقٍ***هكذا البعدُ أشد ما ألاقي
and my heart has suffered with longing.... this separation is the hardest thing I ever faced
فلنعاهد ربنا عهداً وثيقا ***أن نلبي إن دعى داعي الإخاءِ
do let us promise God a true promise..... that we fulfill if there was a need for brotherhood
يا أخيَ اليوم نمضي وعزائي ***أن شمس البين تضوى باللقاءِ
