Identify this song please !

Hello ! I heard about 3 years ago a song and i don't remember who sings it. It's a dance or techno party song which i think it was produced in late '90 or beginning 2000 era. A woman sings something like "the jungle"or the "jungler" or something similar and then a man say another words which i don't remember. Also it plays for a few seconds a bird sound or what it is that animal, i don't really know, you can hear it in this video at 6 : 44 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=esO3Lln4hbU). I search this song for three years, but i can't find it i hope that you can help me. Thank you very much!
I heard it on a boy's car, i think it's rare, it's not a well-known song which plays on TV on these days.


Edit : I remember that the man's voice is similar (maybe the same) with E-Type musician (and the style may be eurodance like E-Type),
maybe it's an E-Type song or a remix.
