    Question Dancing in the Dark

this is a rather dark song compared to what i normally write so i dont know whether its good or not :/, the sound of this song would probably be like the used's the bird and the worm

*also this song is very long*

    i will destroy it all
    and waltz through the night
under the rays of the moon
will you join me as i dance?

    i dance through the dark
discard all i use to be
    unleash the monster inside me
    and become the demons monarch

i am king of the dark night moon's light
i am host to the blood suckers ball
where mortals who attend shall fall
even so, we shall dance through the night

waltz with me through the dark to the rhythm of the blights
that rule over the evils that thrive in the dark of night
dancing to the melody of the death and decay
of the blood sucking monsters born to hate the day

though i waltz through the night
you're a being lived in the light
    you're not meant to be
    with a monster like me

the people call me a monster
you call me by my name
not caring that i live in the night
and you flourish in the light

    i hold you tight
    with my blood stained hands
    you wipe away my tears
    someone not so human

i dance in the rain of the night
waltzing with you, you hold me tight
your hot flesh against my cold skin
your craving my love is pure sin

waltz with me through the night
to the melody of the siren's song
dance with me through the dark of night
under the light of the stars and moon

will you dance with me through the dark?
dancing through all the horrors of the night
we'll leave them in awe of what we create
two beings opposite as night and day

will you run with me into the night?
'cause dancing in the dark is oh so right
we'll leave behind all the hate humans breed
and live by our own new creed

even if you fall away from me
i will pull you back up to see
    the hollowed moon's rise
    into the dark of night

will you run with me into the dark of night?
will you dance with me under the dark moon's light?

waltz with me through the dark to the rhythm of the blights
that rule over the evils that thrive in the dark of night
dancing to the melody of the death and decay
of the blood sucking monsters born to hate the day

i run into the dark of night
    and dance with the wind
as it blows through the grass and trees
and it only brings you closer to me

i dance in the rain of the night
waltzing with you, you hold me tight
your hot flesh against my cold skin
your craving my love is pure sin

    i hold you tight
    with my blood stained hands
    you wipe away my tears
    someone not so human

will you dance with me through the dark?
dancing through all the horrors of the night
we'll leave them in awe of what we create
two beings opposite as night and day

will you run with me into the night?
'cause dancing in the dark is oh so right
we'll leave behind all the hate humans breed
and live by our own new creed

even if you fall away from me
i will pull you back up to see
    the hollowed moon's rise
    into the dark of night

will you run with me into the dark of night?
will you dance with me under the dark moon's light?

    join me and we'll be
    dancing in the dark!!!

My favorite topic when I write is the polarity between darkness and light and how something has to lie in between the two so I like this a lot. It may seem dark but it has a glimmer of light within its words. I think dark songs are good for the human soul it allows us to discard any darkness that lies within us so in doing so its like cleansing yourself. Yes this is a very long so I would assume it would be around 6 and half minutes give or take. Nice job keep writing never stop.
There is not enough space or time to truly let the song unwind
