I know little about pop after ca 1998-2001 and next to nothing about country.

Hi,
first one sounds more Folk Rock than country, but it's a blurry world. Second one i have to go with Christian soft Rock (the lyrics are pretty traditional by today's standards) or simple Pop Rock with a folk rock influence.

Since you have the full lyrics and Google did not, might help to know a bit more about the video's origins (Internet, VHS, DVD ?) or how you got to know about it/them. Is it some concert video or separates ?
One thing is sure, your lyrics are now percolating through the Google machine and your chances just got better. This site gets good indexing from Google.

Origin is a blank at the moment, I'm only guessing it came from Youtube, mp3 then extracted without a proper name and then moved to the unsorted-mp3's folder on my mp3 player.

I did try out BlueNileFan's tips on couple of occasions, without any luck, I'm sorry to say.

What is the best reverse look-up service?
I have only used AudioTag.info so far and got about 30-70 hit ratio.
Is there a better service out there I'm not aware of?
Heck, I'll join iTunes if needed, yeah, I reek of despair

Update; I now have also used Midomi and Audiggle, again no hits.
