I apologize that I have no lyrics, but I can liken the sound of the chorus to the "Meet Me Halfway" by the Black Eyed Peas one and could probably lay both on top of one another without dissonance, they seem to have the same atmosphere.
The song is kind of danceable, a woman sings it and it probably isn't older than 2013.
