I can't help you here, the sentence is incomplete and misspelled.

We inform ourselves about how the Swiss milk production by the Bodensee grows.
The Bodensee is the lake between Germany and Switzerland, also called Lake Constance in English. https://ar.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D8%A8...A7%D9%86%D8%B3

kases is misspelled. Käse means cheese. das is also misspelled here, should be daß or dass. The nouns are not capitalized here. This is a rule in German grammar. I don't believe there are capital letters in Your native language, therefore this may be hard for you to learn. Also, people tend not to capitalize when chatting on the internet and when texting on phones.
Wir uns über die schweizer Milchproduktion informieren am Bodensee wachst.
Wir uns die Herstellung des beruhmten appenzeller Käses anschauen, daß Klima sehr mild ist.
We watch the manufacture of the famous Appenzell Cheese, the climate is very mild.
Appenzell is the region in the Northeast area of Switzerland around St. Gallen.
Sorry, not in Arabic. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Appenzell

Yes, there is a misspelling and it is a incomplete sentence meaning something like: my company has sent me
