It seems to be saying that the person they are singing to doesn't want them any more.

It seems to be a song about unrequited love.

The lyrics start by saying "I know you won't come" so it seems to be about somebody who has arranged a meeting with the object of their affection, but is already certain that they are going to be stood up.
