This was posted in The Hills sub forum, but I thought I might get more luck here!

In season 2, episodes 5 of The Hills (One Big Interruption) towards the end of the episode, this song plays that contains the lyrics "Take another step move forward cause I may be falling deeper. I'm holding on so we can stay here together..."

There is also what sounds like heavy breathing between the chorus and the verse. It is a woman singing.

If anyone can identify this song, I will seriously 100% pay them a small reward through Paypal. I have been search for this song for too long!
