It is an 90's song, lady singer, sounds like she repeat "I am freeee" four times at the end of the song, the last couple of seconds of the tape is where she is sayign I am freeee... hopefully this gets somewhere.

Help would be very appreciated.

errr nope... her voice is not normal. It's hard to hear what she sez in the song.
It's no where near like that, I think its basically dance gendre.
