Anyone know the name of this song?!!

Hi all, i got another one for ya! I heard it again on the radio, now i dont know many of the words but i know its chorus says 'WELCOME TO THE SHOW'
It sounds almost like they are at the cirus or something. The guy who is speaking in it saying things like 'LADIES AND GEMTLEMAN GATHER ROUND..." sounds like he has maybe a british accent. Does anyone know what the heck im talking bout??!!! Tiff.
