Slow R & B Song from '83 or '84

Somebody, please help!! I've tried locating the title and group that sang a slow r & b song from 1983 or 1984. It was an all boy band that kinda sounded like the group Switch. I believe the song that I'm looking for is the only song by this group that got played on the radio.

The song started with..."When you kissed me, on my lips...I never felt a sensation like this" And he goes on to describe how he felt when the girl held his hand. The chorus went like this....Singing, hey yeah(can't you come over)...Hey, yeah(kiss me all over)..Singing, hey, yeah..eah...

The song ends with...ooh....ooh..ooh..oohh and then he holds the last ooh for a longer period of time.
