This track is part of a psy set by a local dj, no joy for me finding out the name and title.

Lyrics are hard to make out, female singer. Sounds like

"We got no lovers in *something*
We go no lovers at all
Nobody loves me, no
Nobody like you"

This guy encourages download and spread of his music, no worries about the legality. The part I'm after the name of starts around 26:00.

It appears that some of the vocals for the other songs in the mix are "lifted" directly from other original works (e.g., Queen's "Another One Bites the Dust"). The "vocals" in the song right before the one you are interested in appears to a conversation/interview instead of lyrics. For the song at 26:00 minutes, I believe the first line of lyrics you provided is actually "We got no lovers, I know".

Which is the long way around to tell you,
that amazingly, I did not get a single hit anywhere for your lyrics.

That bit, I think, is Tom Cosm himself talking into a voice synthesiser.

And yeah, you could be right on the 'I know' bit.

OK so I got resourceful and emailed Tom Cosm. He not only replied but sent me a copy of the original song from which that bit was sampled.

It's a track called "Dirty Old Lover" from an old Funk'n'SloCuts (NZ based mixing crew) mix. I think the singer is Fiona McDonald of Strawpeople/Headless Chickens fame.
