Help! What's the name of this Jazz dance song?

What I mean by "Jazz" is the fosse-type jazz like you take in dance classes. NOT the New Orleans type jazz, haha.

Anyway, it's a really upbeat, (Early 90's I think) pop song and it has "synthesizer"-sounding trumpets and very few lyrics (a guy singing) and it kinda goes like this:

o/` Musicality! Dat da da da da-da....DADADA! o/`

(LOL! And it pretty much repeats that throughout the song. The "da da da" parts are the synthesizer trumpet sounds.)

The style is very jazzy early 90's, kinda like the style of "Snap - I've got the Power" or "Deee-lite ~ Groove is in the Heart".

I've been asking people left and right and no one seems to know the name of that song..Can anyone help me? lol
