(major explanation here: this phrase can mean two things:
1. You will stay here for another night only and that will be useless
2. You'll remain for me just another useless night = the memory I'll keep of you will be of yet another useless night)

This is almost perfect!!! The only mistakes were because of initial mispelling in the lyrics or because of specific issues in Romanian.

1.Regarding the spelling:
numai--- only
nu mai --- nu= no , mai= more --> anymore/no more

2.Regarding this line:
Singură mă sting uşor || Alone I die easily-- softly
mă sting- I wither but indeed it has the meaning of I die
the verb "a stinge" means literally "to turn off". It's the verb we use about turning off the light: sting lumina
Singură is the feminine adjective. The masculine is singur

3. contraction
Şi-n gânduri te ascund
şi-n= şi---and + în---in

Şi sufletu-mi atingi
sufletu-mi= sufletul--the soul + îmi--to me
So literally: And the soul you touch to me
which in english would mean: And you touch my soul

4. expression
Şi nu mă satur să te ador || And I can't stop adoring you
nu mă satur= I can't have enough/ I can't stop wanting more

Hmm... Firstly, in 2004, I had O-Zone madness (by the way, who did not have? ).
I was totally into their songs and I tried to learn romanian a bit... But they split up and I gave up romanian for some time Then, in 2005, I saw a "Kylie" video on TV and I really liked this song! But I was also very curious about a band that sang it and I started to look for some information about Akcent. And when I read that they're from Romania I felt like "It MUST be a sign!"
And since this time I have became a romanian music fan. I'm totally into Akcent, but I also started to be interested into some other romanian bands and singers. I think that's all.
