    Default No Regrets

There a number of songs with this title, but the one with these lyrics ...

    No, no regrets
No, we will have no regrets
As you leave, I can say
Love was king, but for only a day
    No, no regrets
No, let there be no regrets
    Why explain
    Why delay
    Don't go away
    Simply call it a day

..was recorded by Shirley Bassey and later by Bad Boys Blue. But I'm sure somebody else recorded it in the time between these two. Any ideas?

    It was sung previous to Dame Shirley Bassey by French Singer Edith Piaf;
In French it was "Non, Je Ne Regrette Rien" and she also sung it in English

I found one recording between Shirley Bassey (1973) and Bad Boys Blue (1993).

    Christine Albert (1992)

The following artists have also recorded the song "No Regrets" composed by Hal David/Charles Dumont/Michel Vaucaire:

    Matt Monro (2004)
    Alan Dunn (2000)
    Barb Jungr (2000)
    Kay Starr (2007)
    Stavely Makepeace (2004)
Them that can, do; them that can't... memorize Artist and Title

    Excellent find Drummer!

Edith (The Sparrow) Piaf included that song on over 30 albums released between 1982 and 2007.
