Looking for a reggaeton words

I have a reggaeton song of wich I don't understand all the words and I don't know the artist.
It's a very famous song in Cuba.
The words I understand are these :

La novia de un amigo mio se ha enamorado de mi
pero yo no puedo traicionarlo porque lo haria sufrir
Ay cosas que aunque te gustan no puede tocarse
que vamos a hacer
La novia de un amigo mio no es para mi.

Eso me da tremenda pena
porque tu novio es mi socio

This song is called Tremenda Pena by Elvis Manuel but since its from Cuba there are no lyrics for it here
