Rain Rain

Need help identifying a song. Its a rock song that has kind of a techno sound to it or kind of new wavey. The only lyrics I remember is that the male singer repeats "Rain, Rain" throughout the song and something about washing away. It sounded kind of like Depeche Mode

Maybe "Red Rain" by Peter Gabriel ?

Could it be ....? Breaking Benjamin-Rain?

Nope not Peter Gabriel, its a modern rock song, probably within the last year or too. Not the White Stripes cover either.

I thought from googling it might be Breaking Benjamin, but the song I need is much faster and louder.

Still trying to find this song after 5 months. I heard it in PacSun if that helps with anything. It had a new wavey kind of feel to it.
