Default Solved: "Saying it's over"---- Trying to find this song

I believe the main lyrics are "saying it's over", it's got a Cali, west coast sound to it. I do not listen to that type of music to much but from what I have heard it reminds me of that the most. I have only heard the song only a couple of times that I can recall. Once in Buffalo Wild Wings and Boston's Pizza, sports bar type atmosphere. Don't ever remember hearing it on the radio. Please help me out.

Try "Saying It's Over" by Bobby Caldwell
Them that can, do; them that can't... memorize Artist and Title

I'm assuming the vocals are by a male singer. My next wild guesses are:

    "No Good" by Liars Inc.
"A Bad Way Of Saying Goodbye" by Trace Adkins
"Falling Out Of Love" by John Wiggins
Them that can, do; them that can't... memorize Artist and Title

How about Duncan Sheik - Barely Breathing ... actually, I'm not sure about this any longer, those lyrics are only at the end ...

    I know what you’re doing,
I see it all to clear
I only taste the saline when I kiss away your tears
You really had me going, wishing on a star
But the black holes that surround you are heavier by far
I believed in your confusion, you were so completely torn
Well it must have been that yesterday was the day that I was born
There’s not much to examine, there’s nothing left to hide
You really can’t be serious if you have to ask me why

    I say good-bye...

    ‘Cause I am barely breathing
And I can’t find the air
    I don’t know who I’m kidding
    Imagining you care
And I could stand here waiting
    A fool for another day
But I don’t suppose it’s worth the price, worth the price
The price that I would pay

Everyone keeps asking, what’s it all about?
I used to be so certain and I can’t figure out
What is this attraction? I only feel the pain
There’s nothing left to reason and only you to blame Will it ever change?

    ‘Cause I am barely breathing
And I can’t find the air
    I don’t know who I’m kidding
    Imagining you care
And I could stand here waiting
    A fool for another day
But I don’t suppose it’s worth the price, worth the price
The price that I would pay
But I’m thinking it over anyway...

    I’ve come to find
    I may never know
    Your changing mind
    Is it friend or foe?

    I rise above
    Or sink below
    With every time
    You come and go
    Please don’t come and go

    ‘Cause I am barely breathing
And I can’t find the air
    I don’t know who I’m kidding
    Imagining you care
And I could stand here waiting
    A fool for another day
But I don’t suppose it’s worth the price, worth the price
The price that I would pay
But I’m thinking it over anyway

Default not any of these either

It is not any of these either. It is a younger male band. Like I said, Cali/west coast, I don't know if it's considered rock but I know that is not country. The only band that I can think of is 311 but not exactly like them. But that Cali type of style. Thanks for the help though, keep on trying, eventually we will get it.

Also "saying it's over" is repeated numerous times in the hook or chores, how ever you spell it.

Ok, my next wild guess is "Stop Saying It's Over" by Burning Tree Project (they're from California)
