me tapo la cabeza - he stopped my head (not sure of this sentence??)
y el negro me destapa - and the black boy uncovers me

CORO :
Mami que sera lo que - mom, what would it be
quiere el negro? that the black boy wants?

tapar(cover) and the contrary destapar(uncover)

so 'me tapo la cabeza' means I cover my head
