i didn't read all the lyrics, but from the beginning i think he's talking about how he is in bed. i can't completely translated it, but i get the overall idea

i read them, twice, and he says that he doesn't want to get up from the bed and to do anything, but to get high. the "carbon" (in English coal) is like combustible for him, like the marijuana, u see. It's kind of difficult lyrics to translate, but i'll try later

all i really saw was "combustable" and "bed" lol. i wasn't really paying attention to all of it :P
