Old Techno Song

Ok, so I'm not big into techno but there waws one song I really liked. This is going to be difficult because the only thing I remember was that it had something to do with either a snow storm or blizzard of some sort. The begining of the song was basically just the sound of a blizzard and then it went techno-ie. Sorry to be so vague, but thats all I got. It had no lyrics that I can recall. I am willing to listen to anything you guys think it might be... I remember listening to it a lot in the mid-90's but I couldn't be sure thats when it first came out. Hope you all can help.

Any chance it could be Set You Free by N-Trance? That starts with sounds of thunder and rain and it's from the mid 90s.

No, thats not it, but thanks for your responce. I can remember no lyrics and I think it was definately a snow-storm of some sort. Like lots of howling wind and snow. Man, I wish I could give you guys any more information! Sorry!

i think i know the song you are talking about......i believe it was in night at the roxbury the movie, but not in the soundtack, they played it at the club, that is if we're thinking of the same song. im trying to find that same song. im having a really hard time to find the right mix. but it starts off with thunder and stormy sounds, then the music kicks in, and there arent any words.
