Default Solved: No Money No Chick No Car

I'm pretty sure "No Money, No Chick, No Car" is the name of the song, but I'm not 100% sure... It's an obscure song from the 80s; I remember trying to convince others to adopt it as the theme for our Jr. Prom (in the end, it only got one vote -- mine, of course). Does anyone else remember this song? I mentioned it to a couple of friends the other day (same age as me), but they think I'm making it up... If you know it, can you tell me the proper title, and who sang it?

I found some entries mentioning a song called "No Money, No Chick, No Car" from possibly around 1984/85 by a band called "Full Moon Tan" but I have absolutely no success in finding either the band or the track at all...
So for the moment I am just sharing this information, I'll keep on searching.

And if this is the right song, please tell us as well so we don't need to search any further.

Yep, that song was by the band, Full Moon Tan. They opened up for Berlin, at Great America in Santa Clara, California, back in '82 or '83 possibly.
They had groupies that followed them, with cameras, wanting to know if we wanted pictures of FMT sent to us. We were there for Berlin, but do recall the catchy tune.

You are not making, or imagining, this song.
It is real and I have been searching off and on for awhile.
This blog finally arose in my search confirming the song's existence.
