Question Eaiser/cheaper to start a war

Thats all I have. one line from some song. Its been stuck in my head because I heard it last week, and never got the title. The line goes

    Easier/cheaper to start a war

I think thats only part of the line too ^_^; eh heh heh.

This is almost as bad as the time I had the line "Only the strongest will survive" stuck in my head and it took me a month to realize it was Breaking Benjamin blow me away. Any help would be nice.

    Default That's it...?

I'd like to try and help, but it could be almost anything. Do you have any more info? For instance....

    - Where did you hear it? Radio? TV? In a store?
    - When did you first hear it?
    - Male or female vocals?
    - Genre and other descriptions of music/vocals?
    - Mood?
    - Do they sound like/remind you of another artist?

I heard it in a couple videos on youtube, Dunno when.
Its not a VOCAL that I remember, but rather a CLIP worked into the song. Male voice. Thats about it. :|

Don't know if this helps but here goes ...

The actual quote is :It's easier to start a war than to end a war. Gabriel García Márquez ...

Im not too sure if thats it.

I think it might be more like "At the rate we're going/the way we're going/At this rate it would be easier/cheaper to start a war!"
