Lyrics of a song in a Salsa Mix

There is Salsa mix by DJ Ivan which has 4 songs. The artists listed are:
Africando, Oscar De Leon, Raulin Rosendo, Fruko, La Sonora Carruseles.

The 3rd song in the mix is El Preso by Frucko y sus Tesos.

Who sang the 4th song and what are the lyrics of the song. The word Kandelah (spelling?) is repeated frequently.

I searched for La Sonora Carruseles under the artists category but found nothing.

Yes, it is "Candela" and that's the song and apparently has been sung & recoded by many artists. The version I am looking for is at much faster tempo than Buena Vista's version and is almost 1 minute longer than BV's version on Youtube.
