I apologize in advance for such limited info in asking for your help in finding this song:

Female artist--- late 90's or early 00's. The song speaks to "shooting up" -- possibly heroin but I'm not certain. The artist has a unique, throaty type of voice... ACK... I know this isn't much info!

If anyone has a clue, I'd be very appreciative!
