No, porque Allah significa literalmente "El Dios" (es decir El Unico Dios)... una opción sería tal vez "Rab", que es el equivalente de "Señor" en español.

i'm sorry LOUIE but if you say ALLAH it's the only Allah and no gods beside
but if you say god means in Arabic: Rub or Ilah رب او إله
and ALLAH can never be translated to God.... Let's make this point clear friend
Another point:
and about the 100 words that means god... let me tell you they are adjectives of Allah that were mentioned in the holy Quran
that are أسماء الله الحسنى
لا يَشْكُرُ الله مَنْ لا يَشْكُرُ النَّاس
The One Who Doesn't Thank Others, Doesn't Thank God
my question was... i know Allah its the name of moslim god... and Jehova's christian God... so my point its... we dont use always Jehova... we also use God
and in arabic, there's only used the name of your god?
did u get my point... did i made it clear??![]()
the first love is gone ... am waiting for the last one!!
who said that Jehova's was the christian god ? there's only one god and one god only for all 3 religions ( Christianity, Judaism, and Islam ) so whomever told you that every religion has a god wasn't right and let me tell you that he/she knows nothing about religions.
?? ???? ?? ????? ????? ?????? ? ??? ??????? ???? ?????
hey, i made that comment to made more clear my question... and i dont want to start a controversy about religion![]()

the first love is gone ... am waiting for the last one!!
there's no need to start a controversy, I'm just trying to tell you that we all believe in GOD and there is no such thing as YOUR GOD, and MY GOD, nope its only one GOD. and in GOD WE TRUST.
?? ???? ?? ????? ????? ?????? ? ??? ??????? ???? ?????
can you just calm down... there another way to go with conversations
LOUIE read this i found on Wukipedia
"Jehovah is an English reading of יְהֹוָה, the most frequent form of the Tetragrammaton יהוה, the name of God in the Hebrew Bible, in the text with vowel points handed down by the Masoretes.
It is a direct phonetic transliteration"

Zahra muslims use only Allah as a name of god..
some times muslims use the adjectives of Alla like Ar-rahman (the mercifull), Ar-raheem (the most mercifull)..
if you have any other questions go ahead Zahra, never mind![]()

dude, I'm calm, Jehovah = god ( Hebrew )
allah = god ( ARABIC)
dios = god ( SPANISH )
different words in every language, but at the end they all mean one thing.
like we say "wala" mexicans say " guey " and americans say " fool " same thing different language.. thats all. we say masari mexicans say Diñero and americans say money its all the same thing just different language.

1. yeah we use the word rb ( رب) its not about islam here
its about how arabic language is so deep and every word
has a similar or a synonymous
like any language
and the example that oriee post is great one
to show how the word (god) use
so there is no problem here i guess my friends
2. let us just chat with open mind and think twice
before we reply to some one
coz every one ask a question here is coming to know the
right answer not to fight or misunderstod
3.zahra welcome here between us dear
4. at the last i`ll say it again
the difference between allah & rb
its
that
when we translate them
allah still allah coz in muslim religion we use allah
god: translated to rb
thats all
رب .. الله .. إله
rb...allah ..elah
is same words but uses in different cases
i hope i made it little clear now
