Who owns copyrights for Master of Puppets?

Everyone knows metallica, metal gods of the universe, play master of puppets. But, Dave mustane, lead singer for also popular metal band Megadeth and former guitarist for metallica helped write the song and basically birthed its existance. So who really SHOULD have rights to the song, metallica or dave?

Now that's bullshit. Mustaine has nothing to do with Master of Puppets... You're just jealous that Your favourite Megadeth is less known than Metallica. Dave was kicked from the band before Kill 'em All was released... He contributed only in writing songs for KeA, that's all. He has no rights for Master of Puppets.

MOP was a class album, way ahead of it's time and way better than Death Magnetic.
