I suggest you to search for songs from Blackmore's Night ("Shadow of the moon", "All because of you" etc.).
They are one of my favourite bands and almost all of their songs are medieval-themed!

OMG, I do love Blackmore's Night! I like a lot of their songs, but haven't found one that's perfect. All Because of You is too fast-paced and I'm not sure if Shadow of the Moon is quite right for a first dance song? I do love "Waiting Just For You" so it's a possibility...
